Europa Executive

1. DRIVER CONDUCT

All Europa Executive drivers are expected to behave professionally both in-game and within our community.

Drivers must:

• Treat all members with respect.
• Remain polite and professional.
• Follow reasonable instructions from Europa Executive staff.
• Respect other road users.
• Avoid unnecessary arguments or confrontation.
• Represent Europa Executive positively.
• Support fellow drivers where possible.

We have a relaxed community, but relaxed does not mean reckless.

2. BUS RULES

All drivers must follow the official TrucklineMP rules at all times.

This applies when:

• Driving independently.
• Participating in company tours.
• Participating in VBC convoys.
• Representing Europa Executive at external events.
• Driving in public multiplayer areas.

Being an Europa Executive driver does not provide exemption from any TrucklineMP rule.

3. COMPANY TAG

Drivers representing Europa Executive must use the designated company tag as instructed.

The tag should be displayed correctly while representing the company.

Drivers must not:

• Deliberately misrepresent themselves as Europa Executive management.
• Use unauthorised management titles.
• Impersonate another driver or staff member.

4. CONVOY & GROUP JOURNEYS

During organised Europa Executive journeys, drivers must follow instructions from the designated event or convoy staff.

Drivers should:

• Arrive before the scheduled departure.
• Ensure their coach is ready.
• Follow the designated route.
• Maintain a safe distance.
• Maintain their assigned position where applicable.
• Follow convoy control instructions.
• Remain patient during traffic delays.
• Inform staff if they need to leave.

Drivers must not:

• Race other coaches.
• Deliberately overtake convoy members.
• Intentionally split the convoy.
• Drive aggressively.
• Ignore convoy control instructions.

5. OVERTAKING

Overtaking should only be undertaken when it can be completed safely.

Drivers should consider:

• Traffic conditions.
• Visibility.
• Speed differences.
• Available road space.
• Other members.

During organised Europa Executive convoys, overtaking other company coaches should only take place when authorised by convoy staff or when necessary for safety.

6. ABSENCE & ACTIVITY

Europa Executive does not operate a mandatory monthly mileage requirement. We understand that our drivers have lives outside of the community. Work, education, family, holidays and other commitments are completely understandable. If you expect to be unavailable for an extended period, simply let management know where possible.

7. RESPECTING OTHER VTCs

Europa Executive operates within a wider virtual transport community.

Drivers must respect:

• Other VTCs.
• Convoy organisers.
• Event staff.
• TrucklineMP staff.
• Independent drivers.
• Other virtual coach companies.

Do not deliberately create conflicts with other communities while representing Europa Executive.

8. TRUCKLINEMP BANS

Drivers must be honest about their TrucklineMP history when requested by management.

A previous TrucklineMP ban does not automatically mean that someone cannot be part of Europa Executive.

However, repeated serious offences or a continuing pattern of poor driving may result in internal disciplinary action.

9. ZERO-TOLERANCE BEHAVIOUR

The following may result in immediate disciplinary action or removal from Europa Executive:

• Serious harassment.
• Hate speech.
• Discriminatory behaviour.
• Threats
• Serious bullying.
• Deliberate ramming.
• Deliberate sabotage of company events.
• Repeated reckless driving.
• Impersonating Europa Executive management.
• Serious misuse of company resources.
• Deliberately attempting to damage the reputation of Europa Executive.
• Serious or repeated breaches of TrucklineMP rules.

10. DISCIPLINARY PROCESS

Where appropriate, Europa Executive will use a proportionate disciplinary process.

Stage 1 — Informal Warning

Used for minor or first-time issues.

Stage 2 — Formal Warning

Used where behaviour continues or the incident is more serious.

Stage 3 — Final Warning

Used for repeated or significant breaches.

Stage 4 — Removal

A driver may be removed from Europa Executive for serious or repeated misconduct.

Immediate Removal

For particularly serious incidents, management may remove a driver immediately without progressing through every stage.

Management will consider the circumstances, evidence and seriousness of each case.

11. APPEALS

Drivers may appeal disciplinary decisions where appropriate.

Appeals should:

• Be submitted privately.
• Remain respectful.
• Explain the circumstances clearly.
• Provide relevant evidence where available.

Abusive, threatening or deliberately disruptive appeals will not be accepted.
