TTS GROUP | OFFICIAL CODE OF CONDUCT

§1 - VTC In-Game Operations

§1.1 All drivers must adhere strictly to the TruckLineMP Official Rules at all times while playing. Any violation of game rules that results in a ban may lead to an immediate review of your employment. §1.2 Drivers must wear the official "TTS" tag and use approved company liveries when driving on public convoy servers. §1.3 During official company events or convoys, drivers must follow the lead of the designated Event Manager. Overtaking and reckless maneuvers during organized convoys are strictly prohibited. §1.4 Any in-game incidents (accidents, griefing by others, etc.) must be reported to the Operations Department via official channels with proper video evidence.

§2 - Behavioral & Communication Standards

§2.1 All official communication—whether via email, the VTC website, or in-game chat—must remain professional. Avoid slang, spam, or unprofessional abbreviations when representing TTS GROUP. §2.2 Any form of harassment, bullying, or discrimination towards other players or community members is strictly prohibited. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for toxicity. §2.3 All external correspondence (e.g., replying to partners or recruitment emails) should be handled with discretion. Do not share internal TTS GROUP confidential information with unauthorized parties. §2.4 When representing the company, you are a face of the brand. Your public behavior directly reflects our multi-million dollar image; act with integrity.

§3 - Discord Server & Community Standards

§3.1 All messages, voice channel activity, and uploaded media must be appropriate for all ages. "Weird," "bad," or explicit content is strictly forbidden. §3.2 Advertising of any kind (including other VTCs, personal discords, or commercial services) is strictly prohibited without explicit, written permission from the Board of Directors. §3.3 Respect the privacy of all members. Do not share private information, photos, or data about another member without their clear consent (doxxing or leaking personal details results in immediate termination). §3.4 Staff authority is final. If you disagree with a moderation decision, you may request a private appeal via the Management email, but public arguments with staff in chat channels are prohibited.

§4 - Membership Requirements & Activity Standards

§4.1 All new recruits must be at least 14 years of age or older to be eligible for membership. §4.2 Every member is required to complete a minimum of 3,000 km per week in Euro Truck Simulator 2 or on TruckLineMP servers to maintain active status. §4.3 Participation is mandatory; members must attend at least one official company convoy per week. Failure to maintain regular convoy attendance may result in removal from the VTC. §4.4 Any member who is inactive or offline for a period of one month (30 days) without prior notice to management will be automatically removed from the group.

§5 - Disciplinary & Dismissal Policy

§5.1 Any member who receives a permanent ban or a six-month ban from the TruckLineMP network will be immediately and permanently removed from the TTS GROUP. §5.2 Members are solely responsible for their actions and conduct while representing the VTC. If a member violates our Code of Conduct or engages in behavior that harms the company’s reputation, they will face immediate disciplinary action, up to and including immediate banning from the group. §5.3 We operate on a strict "responsibility" policy: if you are involved in an incident that brings the company into disrepute, you are held accountable for your actions, and no exceptions will be made for serious rule violations.
