👥 🔴 Signal Forge CC — Staff Rules & Conduct

📌 1. General Behaviour

All staff must act in a professional and respectful manner at all times. No toxic behaviour, arguing, or disrespect toward players or other staff. Staff represent Signal Forge CC — behaviour reflects the entire organisation. Keep conversations relevant during active events.

🚦 2. Role Responsibility

You must understand and perform your assigned role correctly. Do not take actions outside your rank or permission level. Follow instructions from higher-ranking staff without delay. If unsure, ask Event Control before acting.

📡 3. Communication Rules

Use clear, calm, and short instructions during events. No spam, shouting, or unnecessary messages in voice/chat. Only authorised staff may give convoy instructions. Use correct channels (Discord roles, CC voice, staff chat only).

🚗 4. Convoy Control Rules (CC Staff)

Maintain safe spacing and convoy structure at all times. Do not overuse controls unless necessary (avoid chaos). Only give instructions that match Event Plan. Report issues immediately to CC Lead/Event Manager.

🎥 5. Media Team Rules

Do not interfere with convoy flow. No blocking roads without CC permission. Respect timing — do not delay convoy for content. Only use safe, approved positions for filming.

🛠️ 6. Support Staff Rules

Assist players calmly and professionally. Never argue with drivers or escalate situations. Report serious issues to Event Management. Stay available during your assigned duties.

⚖️ 7. Moderation Rules

Enforce rules fairly and consistently. Do not abuse power or target individuals. Warn before removing players unless emergency action is required. All punishment actions must be reported after the event.

🚫 8. Strict Staff Restrictions

No trolling or misuse of CC tools. No favouritism toward friends or groups. No arguing with higher staff during live events. No changing convoy plans without permission.

🏁 9. Professional Standards

Arrive on time and ready for briefing. Wear correct roles and follow assignments. Stay active and alert during entire event. Represent Red Lion Events positively at all times.
