NørthFreight A/S is a professional Virtual Trucking Company that operates with a commitment to seriousness, discipline, and quality. Our primary goal is to combine the joy of driving, team spirit, and organized operations to give our members the feeling of working at a real logistics company.
Inspired by the discipline of the North, we offer an environment that is both fun and professional through planned convoys, regular deliveries, and respectful team communication. For us, every drive is not just a journey, but an operation completed as a team.

Rules
Rules — NørthFreight A/S
Every driver affiliated with NørthFreight A/S is deemed to have accepted the following rules. These rules have been established to maintain order, respect, and a professional driving environment.
Memories Never Die.
General Conduct Rules Respectful and courteous communication with all members is mandatory. Insults, profanity, provoking arguments, and toxic behavior are strictly prohibited. Racism, politics, and provocative remarks are prohibited. Management decisions must be respected.
Driving and Convoy Discipline Speed limits established during the convoy must be adhered to. Sudden maneuvers, passing, and reckless driving that disrupt the convoy formation are prohibited. Instructions from the convoy leader and guide drivers must be followed. In the event of an accident, remain calm and act in accordance with convoy protocol.
These rules are fully aligned with the community guidelines of the TruckersMP environment.
Company Identity and Appearance The company skin, tag, and designated profile layout must be used. The use of vehicles that do not reflect the company’s identity is prohibited during convoys and events. Behavior that could damage the reputation of NørthFreight A/S must be avoided. Activity and Participation Members must meet the designated weekly delivery/mileage targets. Participation in at least 2 convoys per month is mandatory. Management must be notified in the event of inactivity lasting longer than 7 days. Penalty System A graduated penalty system is applied to drivers who violate the rules:
Verbal warning Written warning Temporary suspension Permanent expulsion
Management reserves the right to bypass these steps and impose direct sanctions when deemed necessary.
Community Representation NørthFreight A/S drivers represent the company not only within the organization but also within the Euro Truck Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator communities. Therefore, professional conduct is essential in all settings.
These rules have been established to foster a disciplined, respectful, and high-quality driving community within NørthFreight A/S. Compliance with these rules is the responsibility of every member.
