Goldline Club — Rules & Standards

Built to Stand Out.

Goldline Club is built around quality, individuality and a shared passion for European truck culture. Our rules are kept simple: respect the community, represent the club properly and maintain the standard associated with the Goldline name.

1. Respect Comes First

Treat members, other communities and Truckline players with respect.

Harassment, discrimination, unnecessary drama, toxicity or intentionally provoking others has no place within Goldline Club.

Disagreements happen. Handle them maturely and privately whenever possible.

2. Follow Truckline Rules

All members are expected to follow the official Truckline rules at all times.

Being part of Goldline does not give anyone special treatment or an excuse for reckless behaviour.

Serious or repeated Truckline punishments may result in your membership being reviewed.

3. Represent Goldline Properly

Whenever you use the Goldline Club name, tag, paintjob or branding, you are representing the entire club.

Drive responsibly, communicate respectfully and avoid behaviour that could unnecessarily damage the reputation of Goldline.

Our trucks should attract attention because of their quality — not because of poor behaviour.

4. Quality Over Quantity

Goldline is not focused on becoming the largest club.

We value members who understand our style, contribute to the community and genuinely want to be part of what we are building.

Membership should mean something.

5. Truck Standards

Goldline is inspired by Holland and Scandinavian truck culture, with a strong focus on clean, detailed and tasteful builds.

Members are encouraged to create trucks with their own personality.

We do not expect every truck to be identical.

However, builds used while officially representing Goldline should reflect the quality and character of the club.

Different Trucks. One Identity.

6. Club Branding

Official Goldline paintjobs, logos, assets and other club-specific designs should only be used by authorised members.

Do not redistribute private club assets without permission.

When using an official Goldline combination, avoid changing it in ways that significantly damage or misrepresent the intended design.

7. Events & Convoys

When attending an event as Goldline Club, members are expected to:

arrive prepared and on time whenever possible; follow event staff and convoy control instructions; use an appropriate and presentable truck; avoid unnecessary overtaking, blocking or disruptive driving; stay professional when interacting with other clubs and participants.

Truckfests and events are an important part of the Goldline identity. We want our presence to be remembered for the right reasons.

8. Activity

Goldline is a community, not a job.

There are no expectations to spend every day driving or chasing kilometres simply to maintain a number.

However, members should remain reasonably involved with the club.

Long-term inactivity without communication may result in membership being reviewed so that the club remains an active community rather than simply a member list.

9. Community Over Statistics

Kilometres, playtime and leaderboard positions do not determine someone's value within Goldline.

Being involved, helping others, attending events and contributing positively to the atmosphere of the club matter far more.

10. Internal Matters Stay Internal

Private discussions, unreleased designs, internal decisions and member information should remain within the club unless permission has been given to share them.

Respect the trust of other members.

11. No Unnecessary Club Drama

Do not start or encourage conflicts with other VTCs, clubs or individuals while representing Goldline.

Competition and friendly rivalry are fine.

Public arguments, targeted behaviour and attempts to damage another community are not.

Goldline should earn recognition through its trucks and community — not through drama.

12. Staff Decisions

Management will always try to handle situations fairly and reasonably.

Not every situation can be covered by a written rule. If something clearly goes against the values or reputation of Goldline Club, management may take appropriate action.

Major membership decisions should never be made over minor mistakes without context.
