Ganio Trans — Company Rules

1. General Conduct

• Treat all company members with respect and professionalism.
• No toxic behavior, harassment, or unnecessary arguments.
• Represent Ganio Trans positively both inside and outside the company.

2. Driving Standards

• Follow traffic rules and respect speed limits whenever possible.
• Drive responsibly and avoid reckless behavior.
• Respect other players on the road and do not intentionally block or ram them.
• Keep a safe distance from other vehicles.

3. Deliveries

• Complete assigned deliveries safely and on time.
• Do not abandon jobs without a valid reason.
• Damaged cargo should be avoided whenever possible.
• Use appropriate routes and plan your journeys before departure.

4. Trucks & Trailers

• Keep company trucks clean and properly maintained.
• Use approved truck and trailer configurations.
• Respect company liveries and branding.
• Personal modifications are allowed as long as they remain realistic and appropriate.

5. Convoys

• Follow the convoy leader's instructions.
• Maintain a safe distance and keep formation.
• Do not overtake other members unless instructed.
• Inform the convoy leader if you need to stop or leave.

6. Communication

• Keep voice and text communication respectful.
• Avoid unnecessary spam and excessive microphone noise.
• During convoys, keep radio communication clear and relevant.

7. Activity

• Members are expected to remain reasonably active.
• If you are going to be inactive for an extended period, inform the management.
• Real life always comes first.

8. Management

• Respect decisions made by company management.
• Problems or disputes should be reported privately to management.
• Management reserves the right to take disciplinary action when necessary.

9. Disciplinary Actions

Depending on the situation, violations may result in:

1. Verbal warning
2. Official warning
3. Temporary suspension
4. Removal from the company
