📋 Euro Logistics | Rules & Policies 📜

To ensure a professional, safe, and enjoyable environment for everyone in Euro Logistics, all members must adhere to the following company rules and guidelines while driving on Truckline MP.

1. General Conduct & Behavior

• 🤝 Respect Every Member: Treat all fellow company drivers, staff, and other players on Truckline MP with kindness and respect. Zero tolerance for toxicity, harassment, or hate speech.
• 💬 Communication Channel: Maintain civil and appropriate conversation across all official Discord text and voice channels.

2. In-Game Driving Standards

• 🛑 Follow Truckline MP Rules: Always obey the official road rules and server guidelines of Truckline MP.
• 🚛 Drive Responsibly: Reckless driving, intentional ramming, or blocking other road users will result in immediate disciplinary action.
• 🏷️ Company Tag: Drivers must wear the official company tag ([EURO-LOG]) in-game during official company events and convoy operations.

3. Convoy Guidelines

• 📍 Convoy Etiquette: Keep a safe distance behind the truck in front of you (minimum 50 meters or 2-3 truck lengths) to prevent accidental collisions caused by lag spikes.
• 📻 Follow Convoy Lead: Pay attention to instructions given by the Convoy Leader in voice or text channels. Overtaking during an official convoy is strictly prohibited unless instructed.

4. Activity & Inactivity Policy

• ⏱️ Minimum Mileage: Drivers are encouraged to stay active by logging regular jobs each month.
• 💤 Leave of Absence (LOA): If you will be inactive or unable to log jobs for more than 14 consecutive days, please submit a notification in the Discord #loa-request channel.

Failure to follow these policies may result in warnings, temporary suspensions, or dismissal from Euro Logistics.
