Rules

:scroll: VTC Probation Policy & Blacklist Rules

:small_blue_diamond: Probation Policy

  • To maintain the quality and loyalty of our VTC, all new members will undergo a probation period.

Probation Duration

  • Standard probation period: 2–4 weeks (depending on activity & performance).

During Probation

  • Drivers must use the Trial Livery (provided by VTC) or a plain truck with VTC tag.
  • Members must attend at least 2 convoys or log 5 jobs during probation.
  • Behavior, driving discipline, and community activity will be monitored by staff.
  • Access to exclusive liveries, documents, and tools will be restricted until probation is completed.

After Probation

Successful drivers will get: :white_check_mark: Full access to unique livery & branding :white_check_mark: Official driver role & recognition :white_check_mark: Eligibility for promotions, events, and internal perks

:small_blue_diamond: Blacklist Rules

  • To protect our VTC from misuse, we maintain a Blacklist System.

Blacklist Conditions

A driver will be blacklisted if:

  • They leave the VTC immediately after receiving liveries/resources.
  • They copy/share our livery, formats, or documents with other VTCs.
  • They frequently switch between VTCs (VTC hopping).
  • They disrespect staff/members or cause toxicity inside or outside the VTC.
  • They violate Truckers MP rules repeatedly under our VTC tag.

Consequences

  • Permanent ban from rejoining our VTC.
  • Blacklist entry shared with partner VTCs.
  • In severe cases, reported to TMP or event hosts.
